You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. kp68 will never contact you to ask for your full password by any channel. You must notify us immediately at the contact details in Section 16 if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, kp68 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes only.
You agree that you will not:
kp68 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability.
All bets are subject to acceptance at the sole discretion of kp68. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time and without prior notice. A bet is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation through the Platform interface.
Odds displayed on the Platform — including cricket odds for Pakistan national team matches, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and all other sporting events — are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time of bet confirmation. kp68 is not affiliated with PCB, PSL, ICC or any team or governing body.
kp68 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, manifest pricing error, evidence of match manipulation, system errors or other circumstances that render settlement impossible or unfair.
Live betting markets update in real time and carry additional risk compared to pre-match betting. Connectivity delays may mean that a live bet is placed after the event or action on which it was intended to apply has already occurred. kp68 reserves the right to void or adjust live bets affected by material connectivity or data delays.
Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables and instant games — are governed by individual game rules and applicable RTP (Return to Player) parameters. RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any return in any individual session. The house edge applies to all casino products.

Upon account closure, kp68 will settle any verified pending bets and, subject to compliance review, release any verified net balance to you via an available withdrawal method. Balances associated with unresolved investigations or forfeited bonus abuse may be withheld pending resolution.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kp68 is licensed and incorporated, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
